Move the joints in a circular motion, changing direction from bottom to top: ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, wrists and neck. We will look for the maximum angle with slow and wide movements.
MUSCLES
Perform exercises to activate the muscles we will use, such as squats, push-ups and lower back exercises. These exercises should be done in a non-explosive manner to avoid fibrillar ruptures.
CARDIO
